JS Elevator provides lift shaft preparation and painting services to support lift installation projects. These can be requested together or individually.

These works help ensure lift shafts are suitably prepared where required before or during installation.

We can provide temporary scaffold within lift shafts where access is needed for works at height.

All scaffolding is erected safely by trained and competent members of our team, set up to suit the specific layout and requirements of the shaft.

We carry out lift shaft / pit painting where required as part of site preparation or finishing works.

This helps improve the overall condition of the shaft and can also improve light levels (lux) for engineers working within the shaft.

We can carry out lift shaft cleaning to prepare the area for installation works.

This includes removing rubble, debris and any unwanted materials from within the shaft, as well as a general clean down of the shaft and pit area.

Ensuring the shaft is clean and clear helps create a safer and more suitable environment for installation teams to begin work.
