JS Elevator provides professional pre-installation lift surveys to support lift contractors, manufacturers, and project teams before installation begins.

Our surveys are designed to give a clear understanding of lift shaft dimensions and current site conditions, helping identify potential issues early and improve installation planning.

Each survey is carried out using laser and manual measurement equipment and may include:

• Lift shaft height, width and pit depth measurements
• Headroom measurements
• Entrance nib and opening measurements
• Access routes to the shaft and installation areas
• Working Hours / Site Expectations
• Storage area observations
• Presence of temporary power supply
• Motor room observations where applicable
• Builder’s works observations around shaft areas
• Image-backed site observations
• Indicative site readiness summary

A structured PDF report is provided following each survey.
